Partnerships
PARTNERSHIPS New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection NJCAT has taken the lead in developing innovative solutions to environmental and energy challenges associated with the net environmental benefit of these systems. The program is seeking to maximize its ability to transfer technology and intellectual property from innovation to practical applications. The mission of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) is to maintain a healthy and sustainable environment for the State of New Jersey. NJDEP is responsible for both pollution regulation and preservation of natural and historic resources. Based on the shared interest and mission NJCAT has elected to collaborate with academia, industry and government organizations to maximize to the fullest extent possible its environmental quality and energy efforts. The work is mutually beneficial for all parties involved as it allows the participants to explore innovative public/private partnership opportunities to leverage technology, equipment, facilities and other resources to achieve shared objectives and missions.
